Absolutely avoid if you can. I was quoted 11 days for the work to be done. My car sat for 4 days before a car door was even opened on it. They are now quoting 5 - 6 weeks. I have watched my car sit in a car park more days than it has been worked on. Communication is awful you feel like you are being a hassle by asking for an update l. Apparently the delays are staffing oh and waiting on parts. Which again is wrong I took my car in December so that parts could be ordered in advance to minimise the time I was without my car. Absolutely disgraceful!

Having hit a traffic island and damaged both drivers side wheels and tyres, Mitchell Inglis sent a recovery vehicle first thing the following morning as the accident happened the evening before. First class service from start to finish, excellent communication and car perfect when car returned when they said it would be ready. First class.

Was trying to get some advice on a non fault claim As they state they specifically can help with these types of claims got through to a receptionist named Lauren and honestly how rude can someone be avoid.
