Jack burns1 StarI cannot say how much this home has changed - My name is hidden due for protection since the they have a new manager I cannot believe how much of the slump care have got to. I have never known a manager so rude towards the staff staff others coming into the home I've seen more staff in the staff room they actually didn't even notice me coming in the home.
I am that concerned I will be emailing the owners of the home due to unfounded behaviour staff seems to be off it just doesn't seem the same care game as before. The greetings coming into the care home is second to non I'm now considering removing my farther from the home to another home it seems allot of staff are spoken by the manager in the home very poorly such behaviour should not be allowed.
I seriously hope the owners actually see this message.Thursday 4th November 2021
Kate Stanley5 StarAn absolutely beautiful caring and welcoming home. Our mum is now living there and I cannot emphasize enough how welcoming the staff are. This reflects.on how happy the residents are. My sister spends.most of her time.there and she feels like the carers look after her too! Whenever we go, we take the children (age 7 and 10) and they love how they're made a fuss of and how everyone is pleased to see them.Saturday 31st March 2018
Keith bates5 StarFantastic home particularly the care given to our loved ones with Dementia. My mum has just passed and the love care and support during this horrible phase of dementia was fantastic. Mum was in two previous homes and they were minus 5 stars in every area.Tuesday 16th January 2018
