Very unreliable cuatomer service. They never showed up to my curtain measurement appointment after i confirmed with them a few times. They sent me a text after they didnt show up and asked to the measurement myself and pay 50% of the coat upfront and then they will proceed.
Im happy I did not proceed with them after they cancelled on me. They offer very cheap and low quality fabrics and no one in the shop offers assistance. I believe the good reviews must have been written by themselves.Sunday 19th December 2021
