Mortimers Nurseries is a wholesale nursery growing quality plants at competitive prices for garden centres, retail shops, hotels, guesthouses, landscape contractors and local authorities.

The majority of our customers come to us by referral and we welcome enquiries from new customers looking for a quality supplier for their bulk plant purchases.

Pack bedding

Our extensive range includes all the popular varieties of seasonal bedding plants sought by the gardening public. We continue to use the traditional large pack size which results in longer shelf life and maximum customer satisfaction.

Premium 1 litre ornamentals

In vibrant and stunning colours these plants have instant sales appeal and our range includes geraniums, argyranthemums, osteospermums, begonias, dahlias and other favourites, all top quality in an ever evolving selection.

Basket and patio plants

We grow an extensive range in various pot and pack sizes, in all the most popular varieties and colours from petunias, lobelias, geraniums to verbena. Ideal for all types of hanging baskets, window boxes, patio pots and containers. We can also supply these ready planted in a variety of hanging baskets and containers.

Vegetable and herb plants

Our list includes the main varieties sought by the gardening public including an extensive list of tomato and pepper plants.

Perennials

To supplement our other main lines, we produce a range of the most popular and appealing varieties of perennials. Favourites include heucheras, phormiums, cordylines and lavenders.

Plant Delivery / Collection

We operate an excellent delivery service to regular customers throughout Devon and Cornwall and further afield. Orders can also be collected from the nursery by arrangement.
