Went to motor gurus for a car which I have found online, the process was so easy from start to finish and Jamie was very helpful. All my questions were answered and any worries I had, I was reassured. Got me sorted straight away, would definitely recommend.

Very poor experience at Motor Gurus. I bought a Saab 9-3 from them which looked good on paper and had a good service history/MOT. I paid full price and was told it had a 3 month warranty (which would follow in the post but never did). Unfortunately on driving it the 70 miles home it turned out it had a seized calliper and a faulty alarm that went off five minutes after locking it (the fact it was always unlocked when I visited makes sense now....) I contacted Motor Guru to sort it out via the warranty but the "right person" was never there and they never called me back so I had to get it fixed at the cost of £500. I will be making a complaint to trading standards and would advise caution when buying from this business.

If I can I will give 0 stars.I writing this review as a warning to others.Just avoid this car dealer.They are selling defective cars and avoiding to give you deposit back. They are refusing any returns and if you have any problems they are rude to customer when you bought car from them.Just check others reviews before buy anything from them.I do not recommend for anybody
