My aircon decided to pack up on the hottest day of the year. These guys booked me in for a regas at short notice and sorted it out within an hour for a really fair price. The process was smooth and staff were friendly so I can't fault them. The journey back home was saved because of these guys!

Spoke with Jake over the phone to arrange a price and pick up of my new car.. EXTREMELY accommodating and so friendly given that I travelled a fair distance to pick up the car. He couldn’t have been more friendly and made the whole process so easy and stress free! The car was immaculate inside and out, with air fresheners already put in for me taking it home 😊 well worth the journey for a great car for a much cheaper price than I could find anywhere closer to home!

I have been using Mount Garage to service my Hyundai i30 since moving to Halifax some 10 years ago. I have always received efficient and courteous service. I am confident that I receive good advice and that only necessary work is carried out. Mount Garage provides three bonuses - my car is collected from and returned to my home; my car is washed and valeted; and I receive 12 months Hyundai home start and roadside breakdown recovery with my annual service for no extra cost.

The salesman was great and I purchased a Hyundai IX35 for £6400 as the description of the vehicle was everything i needed, hands free, sat nav, air-con etc. it even came with 6 months warranty that is not worth the paper its written on. Unfortunately after 4 months i booked the car in for a few repairs, i had to wait until i was on leave as i work in Leeds and need the car for work. Mount Autos do not have a loan car. The rear wash did not work and this has been replaced and works ok now. I had to pay for the air-con to be re-gassed, even tho it had not worked from day 1, The in car heater still not working so i have to rely on Air Con when the car steams up. The clock is running an hour out, cannot get that changed, the hands free does not work, was told that this is common in this car. The contacts are showing the opposite way round to the ones saved on my phone, it shows in the car as Merritt Andy and my phone as Andy Merritt. Apparently this is due to the way it is saved on my phone, either saved on sim or phone, they weren't too sure?? This was checked by the service manager as he used to drive one, not too sure how this qualifies him to effect the repairs and what qualifications he holds. So when i get a call in my car it shows on the screen as Unknown Number and i cannot use the voice control to call, which is the main reason i brought the car. This is the second car i have purchased from here and both have had issues that did not get sorted. Feel disappointed that the car does not live up to the expectations and description that was sold to me in April. Have tried to contact Hyundai directly to see if their technicians can sort out the issues, obviously this will be at my own expense
