Enterprises customer service is not helpful. Tried various ways of contacting them through their online options with no response. Had to go into the branch to deal with the problem and they would not provide a solution or admit fault for my issue. -- I was called by an Enterprise rep during my rental to confirm I would be returning the car at the agreed time on Monday Morning. They incentivized me to return the car a day earlier with a 1 day refund on our rental, so we agreed. After the return I am charged for the full rental amount. I tried contacting them in a variety of different ways which ended up with my going to the branch just to get in touch with someone. They told me I should never had been offered this deal and refused to refund the extra day rental.

I was quite skeptical at first to even rent a car due to the multitude of negative comments throughout Edinburgh about car rentals. However, I intended to go to Loch Ard and didn't want to miss the opportunity. I decided to go with the highest rated car rental on google in Edinburgh, Enterprise Car rental. - I called customer service to book a car the next day - Next day went to them around 5.20pm (they close 6PM not 5PM) and was kindly greeted by Ravi who explained the whole process without pushing anything on me - I was upgraded due to lack of available cars at no additional cost - I went to the wrong branch (was supposed to go Waverly) and they were kind enough to bring the car to this branch - I was then served by Aliya who took the time to assure me about the charges and how they would review the car - I then dropped off the car muddy as we went to loch Ard and there was a storm and wasn't charged for the cleaning - the Assistant manager took in the car and was very friendly about the whole process! All in all great experience - Thanks to Ravi and Aliya for the great service
