Book online on Thursday for a tyre and brake check for 8.30am today (Saturday) when i went and drop the van today i got told that they couldn't do it as they have no mechanic and that the system shouldn't have allowed the booking. The reason i am giving 1 star is for the poor system online and the incompetence of the newton abbot site. If they knew that, that booking shouldn't have been allowed they should have at least ring me to let me know that my booking is cancelled and didnt waste my time and my partners time driving to your facility early in the morning just to get told you cannot do it. Will not book nor send work to your facility no longer. I will stick to my local garage to avoid disappointment
