Went in as my car needed 2 new tyres and it was making a rattling noise from underneath, the lads got my car in fitted the new tyres that I selected, they also checked balancing on the other 2 tyres as there was wear issues with the front tyres, rear tyres was also out of balance so they rebalanced them, they checked the tracking and the tracking was way off so they reset the tracking within specified tolerances to stop future premature wear of the new tyres. The lads then got the car up on the ramps and gave it a thorough inspection and there was a stone stuck in the exhaust end chrome trim and they used some compressed air and the stone came out they also spotted that the engine undertray was just cable tied on so was also making noise, all the team and the management pulled out all the stops to sort the issues on my vehicle, fantastic service and great value, well done to the team.
