With more than 13 years experience in a range of holistic therapies including massage, energy work and talk therapies, I am here to help you feel your best. 

I have a special interest in helping clients with chronic health conditions and stress-related symptoms, and am also trained to provide safe, supportive wellness treatments for people on their cancer journey or suffering with long term pain.

I have a refreshingly positive attitude to health and healing and love to work with people who want to take responsibility for their own health and wellness.  As a Lifestyle Prescriptions Health Coach, I can support you in making positive changes that lifestyle medicine research has proven to often reverse and even eliminate many symptoms.  

I offer a range of massages, including specialist cancer-support and pregnancy massage services.  

I'm a certified Hydrotherm Massage Therapist, also trained in Cancer Touch therapy.

I can help with emotional challenges (fears , phobias, anxiety, stress), emotional health and vibrational energy healing to help restore your levels of life force energy and vitality.

I am based in Heanor at Acorn Natural Health Centre on Fridays, and other times at Milford near Belper, and also Derby and Uttoxeter.

I can provide a home visit service for those unable to travel.
