Alex Pond1 StarProbably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in a bank. Rude, frustrating and frankly the way my 80 year old Father was dealt with was shocking. I hope for the banking industry that the gentleman I spoke to doesn’t see his current job as a long term career option as he would be better suited not dealing with people, ever, in any capacity.Tuesday 24th May 2022

I only keep my Natwest account going because it keeps my credit score high because of the age of my account. Once I have got a mortgage I will be parting ways with Natwest.Friday 5th February 2021
