They tell lies so as not to do their job, which is pretty easy really, just standing around gossiping about other workers and customers, which is totally unprofessional, as well as rude as its customers who pay their undeserved high wages.Tuesday 7th December 2021

When I tried to withdraw money, I was told to close the account and transfer the money. So did I. The account was closed, the money was never transfered... and Natwest has lost trace of it and has not given me back my money for months... Astonishingly bad!Wednesday 18th August 2021
