WARNING!! SCAM COMPANY ordered bed that useless delivery men couldn’t manage to get upstairs and caused damage to my walls (another delivery firm I’ve used since said they’d have had no trouble taking it upstairs) you can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone and they never respond to emails. When they finally redelivery the bed they refused to take it upstairs as said “we’re not been held liable if we damage your walls again” scam company I would imagine will get shut down eventually

I had a sofa due for delivery that I had paid for over a month before delivery (my choice as I wasn’t ready for delivery straight away). A day before it was meant to be delivered I received a call saying the sofa was out of stock and had actually been discontinued, so I wouldn’t be able to get the sofa I had chosen. Instead of choosing another sofa (I had been online and read reviews by this point) I asked for a refund instead. I was told this refund would need authorising by a manager - I went 9 days without an update about my refund. Every time I tried to call the customer service line I got no answer. I had to go into the shop and speak to someone who chased it up for me. The only positive thing I have to say is that every time I have gone into the shop, I have received really friendly customer service so it is a shame that out of the shop seems to be letting it down.

NCF ORDER NO: NLOM3038 Please DO NOT use this company!!! (WRONG SIZE BED DELIVERED) I visited the Leeds store and ordered a KING size bed from NCF LIVING “King Size Arabella Otterman bed” After the bed was ordered i was given a estimated time 9-10 weeks I didn’t receive any update regarding delivery or confirmation like other reputable company’s do. I had to visit the store 2 separate occasions for a delivery update as it was just over the estimated delivery time and I didn’t hear anything from them at this point. At this point we was doing renovations in the bedroom so everything had to be delivered on time. The delivery was OVER the estimated delivery 9-10 weeks. NFC do NOT answer the phone so I had to visit the store what is over 30 minutes drive! After a lot of hassle I was finally given a delivery date. When the KING size bed eventually arrived it was incorrect! I was delivered HALF parts for a king size, half parts for a DOUBLE. This was a incomplete bed and it couldn’t possibly be put together. I emailed and visited the store a further 2 times to get this rectified, I was told that they’ll send someone out in 2-3 weeks time (NEAR CHRISTMAS) HOWEVER they’ll not offer me any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The bed they’ve delivered can’t be put together and me and my partner will be sleeping on the sofa for a further 2-3 weeks. The excuse was ”NCF Living are not part of a compensation scheme, we can only sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and are doing everything to resolve the issue for you. “ This caused a lot of problems with the scheduling of our renovations in the bedroom. The bed isn’t great quality as I first thought CONSIDERING THE PRICE was £1599. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. PLEASE save yourself the hassle. When the supplier finally arrived after 2-3 weeks to try and rectify the bed, I was told that NCF didn’t inform him with the problems and it was only by chance he had the parts I needed PLUS I was informed that the bed shouldn’t be assembled by “US” the buyer, it should be assembled by the delivery people! I wasn’t offered this, I was told on ordering that the bed has to be assembled by us.
