Strong Bird’s Fitness2 StarI’ve always loved going to Harvester, the service has always been good and the staff friendly but I am disappointed to find the salad bar is no longer self serve. I understood during covid however it was always part of the joy of the experience to go and get your own salad. I won’t be visiting again because the joy has been taken away.Saturday 4th June 2022

Michelle Matthews (MMatthews)5 StarGreat customer service with the staff being very polite, we arrived today without a booking and a total of 9 people (2 adults & 7 children) the staff were very friendly & offered the children colouring books while we waited. The food was served together which is a bonus as we have eaten at other diners and the food has been staggered. The male that served us kept on checking up on us and the children, and made note of the older children who were given glasses instead of plastic cups. the food was amazing and served warm which was also a bonus. i cannot praise the staff enough. i will be returning to harvesters again the next time i am in West Bromwich I would not usually leave a review however this one was deserved!Saturday 7th May 2022
