Graham Maynard1 StarPlease avoid this shop. Went there to collect a parcel, and because he hadn’t booked the parcel in when it was delivered, I had no parcel collection number other than the email proof of delivery from Evri. He wouldn’t give me my parcel even with photo ID.!
The man is completely un helpful, even insulting me before I left, and low and behold when I eventually get the parcel from him after a lot of arguments, straight after I left the shop, I get an email saying it’s ready to collect! - with the collection number he wanted in the first place!!
If you do your job in the first place, and book parcels in when they arrive, to generate the collection number, none of this would happen.
Please get your parcels delivered somewhere else. AVOID!Sunday 6th November 2022
