Lovely service and communication from Brook, Marney and another person. we bought a superb marble dining table and counter chairs. The owner man gave me a run down of the difference between counter chairs and the bar stools. Very patient people. We have bought 3 counter chairs with amazing match-up in colours. i am going to buy more from this small business. Wish I had known about this company before. AWESOME

Beautiful products, great value, friendly company and excellent communication. I have purchased my beloved Hollywood mirror from this company and also a chair. Both came very well packaged and delivered by their own drivers rather than a 3rd party delivery company. Even when I needed to contact Niches they efficiently dealt with my queries even outside of normal 9-5 office hours. Lovely items for the home at a fraction of the price found elsewhere!

I have been searching for the perfect Hollywood mirror for months and the amazing customer service I received from this company was what made me decide to choose this one ! I was asking lots of questions and got all the replies straight away. It was was dispatched the next day and I received it at 9 am the morning after, perfectly and safely packed and I couldn’t be happier with it . I’m so in love with it, so much nicer in real life !!!! Just got my Hollywood mirror 80x 60 and it’s fabulous, the dimmable lights are great and it’s very bright if you want it. The ladies were helpful and delivery prompt as well as well packaged. Can’t wait to purchase the full length one 🤩

excellent experience today purchasing 6 ghost chairs. shame we only just found out about niches. as we have just bought a table for 550 off wayfair and these had the same one for 399. I'll make sure we come back for sure for some more homeware. highly recommend. and they gave us a discount. without us asking for one. excellent.
