We used Nicholls Residential for the sale of our house and were very satisfied with them. We found Nicholls Estate Agents to be really kind,knowledgeable and professional throughout our house sale and with buying our new property. Their charges were extremely good.They were friendly but professional while showing prospective buyers around our house,acknowledging all the covid restrictions. They called to check in with us weekly,sometimes more often,also responded to messages left from us very quickly.We had challenges on moving day and were reassured throughout by the agents dealing with us.We thank them and would highly recommend this company.

Nicholls Residential, Chessington. I called to view a property on Friday. I was told, we need to check with the existing tenants to schedule a day for all the viewing, and we will let you know as you are the 1st client! And, Nicholls Residential stated that they have been managing this property for the last 5 years. I called again the next day Nicholls Residential confirmed that they had never managed this property before! I requested a viewing and was told we will let you know on Monday. On Monday, I called and was informed that all the viewings were conducted last Saturday, and there are 4 offers. Do you want to do business with them? A child asked me why adults behave so badly and fight?
