The settees are VERY low, far too low for elderly people to get out of, the cover on the settee was also ripped.
But to cap it all, before she left my mother asked me to get her, "a few sips of water".
When I asked at the cafe they refused in an unpleasant way, and told me I had to buy "a plastic bottle of water"!Thursday 2nd January 2020
