Bought a T6.1 from Richard a couple of months ago and was part of his ex fleet. Spotless Van and really happy with it and looking forward to converting it into a camper. What I'm more happy about is the excellent customer service provided by Richard. Not a pushy sell in the slightest, happy to answer questions, explained everything fully and it hasn't stopped at the sale. The van had a recall from VW and Richard came and picked up the van and delivered it to VW and dropped it back off when finished. This was two months after the sale which in my book is above and beyond what you would expect. If you are looking to buy a van these guys are class.

I live in Canada and had an extended trip planned to West Yorkshire. Because of my advanced age and wanting to rent a car for 6 weeks, I was having difficulty renting from one of the major car hire companies. I then contacted Northway and, following a series of e-mails and phone calls, they were able to accommodate me. My experience with the company was exceptional. Every member of the team that I spoke to, or met, was very friendly and helpful. I was told in advance exactly what the costs would be and the terms of condition for the hire. I was particularly impressed that there was no age-related insurance premium. When it was time to pick up the car, I was able to collect it a day earlier than planned, at no extra charge. The car, a Suzuki Vitara, was in immaculate condition, with very few miles on the clock. Before I took it away, the features of the car were fully explained to me and my questions answered. The car performed beautifully throughout the rental period and suited my needs perfectly. I returned the car without hassle and was very kindly given a lift back to the place I was staying at the time, a few miles away. I would not hesitate in recommending Northway. I found their customer service second to none, there were no hidden costs and the car was in excellent condition. I would certainly use their services again. Thank you to everyone for making what could be a stressful experience into an enjoyable one.

I needed a van at short notice for a real problem situation. The staff at Northway could not have been more helpful, particularly Richard. The price was great , the van immaculate, and impeccable service. Absolutely faultless. Cannot sing their praises high enough. Highly recommend.

Filled in their online form for van service and repair on the 28/06/23. All of my contact details correct and up to date. It is now the 03/07/23 and there has been no response. I got a couple grand t spend on this van, clearly they don't need the money. Or if they're stacked out and cannot book it in soon (like everyone else is, only they respond) then respond and say so. Booked in elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Recently purchased 2 vans for our company. Richard & the team went above and beyond throughout the whole buying process, nothing was too much trouble! Bearing in mind I’m located over 6 hours away in Cornwall, Richard provided me with all information required, and had the vehicles all prepped and ready for me to view on an agreed date. Everything had been pre-arranged so that I could drive one of the vans away on the same day. With Richard kindly arranging for the 2nd van to be delivered down to us at a later date, to avoid a second trip. Both vans were clean, tidy, and well presented. The vans were extremely well priced. Coupling this with fantastic customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more vehicles from Northway in the future. Thanks Again Richard.
