Awful 😢 visited on Tuesday had to order as no stock got a phone call saying it was in so visited on Saturday went through whole contract to nearly finalise when I realised they’d ordered the wrong phone. A max not just a pro. The guy told head office on the phone to cancel the contract & apologised. I called Leamington o2 they had 2 phones in stock off so I went there only to find out they don’t do business contracts so I couldn’t get my phone there, fuming 😡 I called o2 to do the upgrade on the phone & get it delivered to find out this Coventry store hadn’t actually cancelled the order so I can’t do anything until they sort a reversal. I’ve wasted so much time & money the whole weekend trying to just upgrade my phone. Absolutely appalling business contract service.

Complete waste of time. Visited the shop last night about 15 minutes after the text came through to pick up my new phone. Arrived for them to express that there wasn’t enough time to do the transfer as they were closing in an hour. Not great, when you have an excited customer wanting to get a new phone. Told to come back back tomorrow morning. Arrived 9:30 this morning - phone gets valued with a small scratch on the screen and my current phone is valued less than 50%!! Wow. My wife was with me wanting to upgrade and get an Apple Watch too. Major disappointment to the point of walking out this morning cancelling the order and getting a refund. EE have given me full trade in price for my phone, leaving O2 after 10 years + with them all ways have been great. Total lack of care I felt with this shop. Won’t defiantly won’t be coming back.

As a regular visitor to the store I am never disappointed with the service received. Today I just popped in to browse and walked away with another product. I was left alone for long enough to take a look before being asked if I could be helped. The service was discreet yet personable. Both the guys in the shop were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this store.

Went to this store today because of a problem with a order that customer services were not only unhelpful but slightly rude. I was greeted by the manager who was very welcoming and polite i explained the issue and he passed me to his collegue Sanna. She was excellent at her job and sorted my problem in no time. She and the manager could not do enough to help and there knowlege of the products and services were top notch. Even the other male employee who was dealing with what seemed like a diffucult customer was calm and remained polite the entire time. I would highly recommened this store and the 3 staff members to anyone. I left with 2 new phones and very impressed with the store and my service. Thankyou Sanna and the Store managet for your excellent help. A very happy customer. Stephen Mann
