With my qualifications and many years of experience, I have developed a unique massage and bioenergy healing method using a combination of both western and eastern approaches to massage.

During the treatment, in addition to warming up the tissue and removing stiffness and toxins from the body, I focus on the nervous and lymphatic systems with some additional elements of acupressure. That technique makes my therapy incredibly effective.

At Odnova, you can choose from a wide range of different massages, including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage (I hold the ITEC Sports Massage Therapy Level 5), Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy and On-site Chair Massage.

During my Bio Energy Therapy (Healing) sessions, I concentrate on the flow of energy and analyse bioenergy disorders to eliminate them.

I also conduct the energy readings of people and space, including the human’s brain frequencies and interpretation of Bovis chart – bio energy units. My most effective technique is an ‘active visualisation’ which works well with clients’ brainwaves (delta, theta and alpha states), helping them to overcome their traumas.
