The owner was extremely helpful, and despite being busy with loading his van and being on his own, he took time out to ensure we had the info we needed. We bought two chairs on the strength of his helpfulness and he even threw in a decent discount, as well as taking time to tell us how best to assemble the chairs and look after them etc and then helping us to load them in our car.
