Resident Buzz1 StarI had my suit cleaned here for £7.50. Minimum spend on card was £10 so I paid this and they wrote on the back on my receipt that I can use £2.50 towards my next dry clean. I was cool with this. When I had my next suit cleaned and tried to use my £2.50 credit note, the guy wouldn't let me use it. I had a 5 minute argument with him before he eventually gave in and let me use he credit note. Created me pointless hassle and the customer service was atrocious. Hitesh Pancha1 StarHad my suit altered and dry cleaned and chargered me £32.00 and didn't do a good job of it left mark on my trousers and didnt steam my jacket for me. My friend go the marks off and will steam it for me.
I will not go back there again.
