Hi, I’m Tommy. I’m a personal trainer & nutritionist with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. I believe that, when it comes to health & fitness, one size does not fit all. Equipped with CCTV and first aid equipment, you can feel confident you are safe to push yourself to the limits in your own, private surroundings.

I cannot recommend Tommy highly enough as a trainer. He is both motivating and understanding, a combination that can be really difficult to come by. I'd had horrendous experiences with trainers before that made me really nervous about seeking advice from a PT, or even engaging with exercise in general, but Tommy has been so approachable and helpful throughout that it helped me work through a lot of my anxiety around it. Not to mention that he was able to work with my mobility limitations and pain conditions to provide tailored exercise suggestions. Outside of that, he was also able to provide recommendations for my daily life that help with my pain. Honestly, whilst he isn't a physiotherapist, I'd go as far as saying that he's done more for my pain in that regard than any of the physio I've had, especially when you add in the nutritional and lifestyle advice he's given me.
