From start to finish the deep tissue massage was another level. Warm and and friendly service. Highly recommend it and will be booking monthly sessions. Make sure you take on the offer of going into the pool which I missed out this time round. 10/10 from me.

Went to Optimum with the hope Harpal could help me with a neck/ trap issue I've had for months. He quickly diagnosed the issue and set about not only relieving the tension but giving me back mobility I hadn't had for months. Professional and friendly service, can't recommend highly enough.

Have booked an hour sport massage. What I had there have nothing common with sport massage. I had pain in the lower back and shoulder area, what I have told to the therapist. Have asked few times to make harder and in more areas, not middle back only, he still came back to the middle back area after few minutes. As a result that massage didn't help me at all. Left a lot of oil on my body, haven't even used or provided the tissue to clean the back. Unfortunately, that was the worst experience I ever had with massage therapy.
