Glad this shop is so close to my home, as it is such a handy place to get such a wide variety of organic products. Of course it's more expensive than other supermarkets, however I love having the choice to buy organic when I wish. Staff are always very polite and I seem to get served very quickly.

Great shop stocked with a great range of foods. Amazing range of herbal teas including the amazing yogi teas. Lovely friendly staff too!

How lucky to have this organic shop locally. Friendly staff at checkout and a big choice of stuff I usually have to buy online. Also good to see the refill options.

Such a well stocked store with literally everything I could want for, to do with natural health. But what really stood out, was the customer service! Ellie helped me with my query and also took the time to answer all my off topic questions about the store. My grandparents also owned a family run shop, just as Ellies Dad started OOTW 26 years ago. I just love seeing that this family business is still going so strong and the passion for what you do really comes through! Great to be given an alternative to the supermarkets' generic brands. Big fan :)

Sounds to me like those that have slated this shop are just looking to pick for an argument because they have possibly had a bad day or something and thought they would just take that opportunity to take it out on the poor staff sadly😢😡 I have been shopping at this store for approx 12 years now and the staff at this shop are "excellent" always polite, helpful and courtious. If they haven't got what you want, they will go all out to try to get it for you on their next delivery! As for complaining about the type of products they sell, it is often difficult to get hold of the same suppliers especially at times like these and for the record, the shop clearly states "organic" products and not "none animal products only.Organic means everything organic! Finally, the staff are always way to busy from what I have seen on my visits to waste time chatting about their valued customers. So, my advice to those that think this store doesn't provide what they are looking for is don't waste the retailer',s time grumbling, moaning and picking about the way they are trying their level best to run their shop, provide for their customers as efficiently as they can by loitering and take up unessessary space in there especially in times like these! If you don't intend to buy and instead just enter to "nit pick" at everything. Go elsewhere!" I am sure a shop like this with such a high turnover can manage without the likes of grumbly grumps when they are literally bending over backwards to please everyone! "Out of this world!" You are in my view "truly just that!" Keep going. Your doing a great job! See you soon for my usual natural pops and cake 😉❤️👍
