The service was so stress free and everything was explained to me so well by all the team involved. Peter Lamont1 StarLeft the car in to have clutch fixed, waited nearly 4 weeks to get it back, got it back and engine light and abs light came on, got it back after a week less than a week later, the cylinder in the clutch has exploded rendering the car useless yet again.
Called them to check if it’s under warranty to be told that I’m going to have to pay for it to be recovered from portrush to Belfast to then have to pay for the labour, and that they don’t stand over the supposedly faulty parts and the supplier will stand over the part but not the labour?!
So basically just fleeced me for £1500 and then wanting me to pay again for something that is not my fault!
Fella was nice enough when talking to them but the labour carried out and the quality of parts (had already been sent a faulty clutch from same supplier) is nothing short of horrendous.
Absolutely disgusted and would avoid at all costs!Thursday 9th June 2022

Glenn Ferguson1 StarLeft the car in for them to look at the gear box on a automatic insignia. Few hours later get a phone sorry we where unable to repair your gearbox its a specialist job you need to find a specialist to look at it but we changed your glowplugs and want £119. I did not receive a phone call before any work was carried out and If I had of they would have been told to leave it alone. Drove the car out of the garage and bang lights on service transmission so basically these gangsters charged me 199 for a job I didn't ask them to do for me now to take the car to automatic gearbox specialist for him to more and likely tell me the gearbox is done. The car is 10 years old and to replace the gearbox is probably more than the car is worth so going to have to scrap the car. All this after pc autos fixed the problem by Changing the glow plugs. Never ever use this garage if you want a job done correctly and not be paying money for jobs that didn't Need doneSunday 20th June 2021
