Pacifica Groups is without question the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They sent contractors to my house to extract the old cavity insulation in November 2021. It is now mid February 2022 and the new insulation has still not been installed. I've gone pretty much all winter with no insulation whatsoever. So, three months and numerous phone calls later I am still no further forward. I don't know how this company stays in business. Also, as part of my Eco arrangement, I am supposed to be having a new boiler and solar panels installed. I dread to think how long that will take - that's assuming I bother with that of course. Avoid this company at any cost, you have been warned

Absolutely the worst company ever. I pay monthly to cover our appliances so if they fail they will be quickly repaired / replaced. This company make appointments then don't turn up. This has happened multiple times. They now have said for 2 days they cant even make an appointment for my dishwasher that went wrong days ago as their system is down? How hard is it to book in an engineer within your own company? Completely pointless having the cover. Also when my tumble dryer broke they left me for 3 weeks without one as they were finding a part. Only to come back and say we cant find it. Very rude on the phone too, not helpful in the slightest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - IF I COULD SELECT ZERO STARS I WOULD

Awful company and avoid at all costs. A month ago my oven stopped working and had a repair guy come in a week later to say a part needed ordering and they would contact me the next week to arrange a day to fit. No call. Three and a half weeks on and four phone calls of no help being "transferred" to the right department with an automated system that doesn't work, being told part is still on order then part has been damaged and ordered again then won't be long. Utter rubbish. No communication, useless call centre, unhelpful staff and Argos should be ashamed to appoint this company to deal with their repairs. I was also charged a monthly fee as I had accepted a cover plan to protect my oven yet it hadn't even been fixed!!!! I have since cancelled this plan and contacted another company. The poor reviews on here speak the truth. Worst company I have ever wasted my time on.

left without a washing machine for two weeks and after waiting in all day I discovered they had cancelled the engineer. spoke to a woman called Natasha who was extremely unhelpful and rude on the phone. Have put in a formal complaint and cancelled my insurance policy.

Three repair men have come out to fix a washing machine. First one didn't look at it properly and ordered a pump for it which was not broke.the second one (three weeks later)replaced the pump and said the pub had gone wrong and that was the fault ordered the parts.now the three one turns up (two weeks later with no parts
