I can’t thank Arun & Carina at Palmers enough for their work, support and dedication to my and my partners situations over the past few years. Having gone through a divorce recently and mediation, with an outcome of a consent order. We jointly instructed Palmers to act for myself and my ex husband. We were assigned to Carina who is one of the partners at the practice and as well as a residential property solicitor is also a matrimonial solicitor and is conversant with the requirements of our matter. We were dealt with separately throughout the process from start to finish. In my opinion and from my experience I felt like they took the time to listen and understand my situation. The initial paperwork was sent out and I was given all the relevant information and requirements for myself. I had to go to the office once during the process and the lady that assisted me with my ID etc was polite and helpful. If I wanted an update or assistance throughout the process I could pick up the phone and call or email in. Having a direct number to my solicitor.
Carina also looked after mine and my new partners purchase which made it easier to deal the whole process for me.
Even during Carina being on a short period of annual leave, we were assigned a very capable other solicitor to act on her behalf in the interim.
