I passed first time with zero minors. My driving instructor Bandana Katuwal has been a wonderful instructor and made me feel confident I can pass my test. She notices my mistakes and provide helpful guidance in overcoming them. In addition, she was extremely patient and calm at all times which made me feel comfortable in all my lessons. I've been to a few instructors before I met Bandana through BSM. I have learned more driving skills with Bandana compared to the previous ones I had. Bandana is an excellent instructor. Her teaching was clear and detailed. She was not just getting us test ready but was also guiding me to be a safe driver on the roads after i pass. I would say that Mrs. Bandana Katuwal has been very much helpful and encouraged me through the process. The techniques and methodologies used for teaching and learning are always unique and boosts your confident level at all times. Bandana is a fantastic instructor and I would highly recommend her. She helped me build my confidence and when it came to getting ready for the test she was so thorough and made sure to put in the time in the areas I wasn't as strong in. I couldn't have passed first time without all her support and patience and now feel that I am a prepared and safe driver. I also took the Pass Plus with Sujan who is also fantastic and would really recommend it, especially for first time on the motorway which can be quite a scary experience. Sujan gave me some really helpful tips which has made me feel much more confident.
