I'd never had reason to shop in Pandora before but I visited on Friday, the 25th of March, 2022 to purchase a 40th Birthday Charm for my Girlfriend's Birthday. There was a queue to get in which was to restrict the small shop from getting too busy, especially with Covid-19 again on the rise. The shop was very clean, the staff were very friendly and had excellent customer service. I'd have no issues shopping at Pandora at Braehead again, especially if I see another charm that my Girlfriend would like for her bracelet!
