Been waiting an hour, still no pizza delivered, phoned twice to ask how long my order will be but the person on the phone keeps saying it’s in the rack waiting for the driver and putting the phone down on me whilst I am talking.
On the online tracker the pizza isn’t even in the oven.

jaqi marsh5 StarI order from papa john's quite often the pizzas are fantastic allways hot ant tasty, the team at Lancaster are allways polite and friendly, I ordered pizza, and due to heavy traffic when it arrived it was cold, due to no fault of there own however when I rang them up and told them they were apologetic and said I could ring up another day and order the same order free of charge, excellent service and good quality foodSaturday 5th February 2022
