After careful deliberation, our group decided to try Papa John's instead of Domino's. The pizzas arrived on time and looked pretty good... Except for one large pizza that looked like it had been in a car crash. Called back straight away before even touching my pizza to alert them to what I had been presented with. The kid on the phone sounded very unsure as to what to do and put me on hold whilst he talked to the driver. After a few moments, he came back and told me that the driver does not know what happened and there is nothing he can do. I will not use papa john's again.

The pizza was fantastic but the customer service was awful. I ordered the pizza and it said ready in 10-15mins. I gave it time so that I would arrive 20mins later to give them extra time. On arrival the pizza wasn't even started and the staff were rude.... Well in the few moments they took to look up from tik Tok on their phones!

My order was an hour late and when I I tried to call to try and find out what was happening no one picked up. This is ridiculous.
