If I could give no stars I would have. Been using them for a while and never had an issue. I’ve just paid £6.60 for a cod that was no bigger than a standard sausage roll. They are never normally that size. Easily 2-3 times bigger. When ringing the guy started arguing straight away, told me to ring back later and hung up on me as he was busy. He rang back and still proceeded to argue with me and was trying to justify the tiny piece of fish down to his fish prices going up. I asked him if this was now going to be the portion size going forward to which he couldn’t give me an answer. He also offered a pound refund somewhere in amongst his rudeness. I don’t want the pound but the other 2/3 of the fish would have been nice. Rude, and terrible customer service. Won’t be using them again.

Ordered food from her via Just eat the food was estimated to arrive within an hour it was here 20 minutes earlier we ordered chicken nuggets, burgers, onion rings and chips and they were all very nice A bit pricey but I would definitely eat here again in future thank you Parade Fish Bar

Absolutely terrible my son wanted burger and chips came back with just chips when he repeatedly said is my burger in there 2.40 for chips so I fo back for the burger and they charged me nearly 8 quid for the burger which is burnt and drenched in ketchup. They We're also very rude ! Stay clear 👌

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME My 2nd visit to this place and once again I got a very unfriendly welcome I ordered my food and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for regular chips. Another customer walked into the shop and was greeted very nicely which I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t be greeted like that. I then saw that the gentleman made this customers food before mine after 15 minutes I had to leave as I found myself getting rather upset. I’m not sure if it’s to do with my skin colour but I have never been treated like a second class citizen before so will not be using this chip shop again
