Paul helped me with a rotater cuff shoulder injury this year, which was very debilitating. He gave me quite intensive treatment, trying a number of approaches, all with a focus on stimulating the body's ability to heal itself. I am delighted to say that he managed to make significant progress, restore movement and hugely reduce the pain I was feeling.

My back went and I couldn't stand up straight, I managed to get an appointment to see Paul the next day and he quickly sorted me out so I could at least stand. I went to him a few more times to make sure I really recovered and now plan to go monthly to try and build up the strength in my back. Throughout Paul has taken an interest, listened to me and dealt with the problems. Highly recommended

After being correctly diagnosed for a problem I have had for several years, the Consultant advised Osteopath treatment. The condition causes muscle spasms/cramps in the neck which in turn causes movement problems by imbalance and dizziness leaving me very dysfunctional with everyday life. After reading Paul Costin’s (Willows Complimentary Centre) profile and medical interests, I choose him for the Osteopath treatment and can categorically say that I have not been disappointed. Paul knew exactly what muscles to manipulate and even after one session I felt improvement. He also gave me minor stretches I could do at home and discussed in detail posture that would improve the condition. I have now had a few sessions with Paul including acupuncture, and each time the improvement is vast. Paul is very professional and personable putting one at ease with all the treatments. He has just sent me by email with a list of exercises/stretches he has put together that he knows will improve the condition which I believe shows his commitment not only to his profession but also to his patients.
