When I first moved in the flat it was filthy. Couldn’t move in properly until it they partly (poorly) cleaned it days later. In the middle of winter I told them the window doesn’t shut, nothing done about this for weeks until I call again begging them to do something. 3 months after moving in, I’m informed that I’m being evicted so the flat can be sold. They send a surveyor around to value the flat but he breaks the lock and leaves. I come home from work, cannot get in, call Peterkins who are shut but have a voicemail which suggests leaving a message if it is an emergency. Absolutely no good to me who is now homeless for the night. Extremely disappointed by Peterkins, would not recommend to anyone.

We recently used Peterkins for our sale and purchase of our new home and we can highly recommend them. We mainly dealt with Robert, Ray and Hannah who were all very excellent and no issues at all. We have no hesitation in using Peterkins again and thank them for making a stressful experience simple and easy. Thank you guys!
