My Ted was quite frightened after the Groon Room, Ella has nurtured him and gained his confidence. Loui has answered my calls in a compassionate way and Daniel has been an estute, honest and friendly manager. The only NO star id give is to their head office, i waited on chat to give feedback and was rerouted to Daniel. HEADOFFICE FAIL. Love all you guys and thank you 🌟🌟

Don't go in this shop with bags, bare in mind you are in a retail park with a few shops and you may have brought stuff before!!! Instantly accused of being a shop lifter as soon as I walk in the doors, told to be followed by the manager... Heard the security guard on the radio tell the cashier to watch me and my partner. Seen the cashier watch me instead of the customers she was serving. Then they have the cheek to denie it all. Would they prefer me to leave my shopping at the door as I walk in?? I shop here regular and spend alot, why would I jepodise this by stealing??keep an eye on the real shop lifters Miran, and Dan not the regular loyal customers.

It's a great place to buy accessories for pets, I.e., cats and dogs, many pet feeds and requisites etc., pleasant staff, bonus is in store PET GROOMING STATION, they do a good job too. 😃🐕🐇🦜🦎🐁🦆🐾🐾🐾

Staff have 0 knowledge about fishes. Not sure if it's just the one chap we dealt with or if it's the case with all the staff members. Basically he wouldn't sell us 2 fishes even though we have a massive tank, and when asked for reasons, he just blabbered for about 10mins and God knows what he was on about. We immediately decided to leave and couldn't stand the situation. I'd avoid this branch if possible. Walsgrave branch has always been better.
