I can't speak highly enough of Phil and his team. They helped me out of a potentially difficult situation with my car just 24 hours ahead of a very long journey from Derby (my home city) to Central Spain (where I live). I turned up on spec after hearing a strange sound from underneath my car, and explained my travel situation. Despite being very busy, Phil agreed to take the car for a spin and get it up on the ramp for a look, from where he and his colleague quickly identified and rectified the problem. Friendly, professional, and with great customer service, I'd highly recommend Phil Bowler Garage Services to everyone. Based on my experience, my father has already said he'll be switching to them from a certain other garage (in Findern), which he had used for some time, but who were disinterested, nonchalant, and far from helpful when I initially approached them with the same issue.
