STAY AWAY!!!! My partner and I were sold a car that was meant to have had a full service done…4 months later the car broke down on the motorway with an engine fault…when looked at by insurance it was proven that when we bought the car it wasn’t road safe…we then contacted Philip numerous times to be told a different story every time not one member of staff knew what the other members of staff were saying and contradicted each other…then to be told that even if it was their fault the only refund they give on any car is £350 but they refused for us to get it delivered to them to have a look for themselves…. They then decided to tell us that they are no longer Philip mcgarritys and someone new has bought it over but when called from a different number bar my partners they called themselves Philip mcgarritys… we were taking this further with a legal team however due to a house fire we needed quick cash so had to have it scraped and definitely didn’t need the extra stress…. Conman wouldn’t even begin to describe the “business”

Do not buy a car from the dealer, you will be very very sorry. Car is a danger to be on the road as the rust in back bumper has rotted it away. Philip himself to us on Friday that this 'isn't his problem'. Think very carefully before buy any thing from him

Hi Steven As you know I rang yesterday to ask a question when suddenly I was accused of part exchanging a car that I was supposed to know it had a fault. I have taken this very badly it was like a slur on my caricature I can assure you that whatever your Mechanic said after having the car for two months I was not aware of any faults and I had a mechanic I have user forever looked at it a couple of months ago for a service and checking all for MOT at this time he told me there was nothing wrong with the car who has never told me any lies before. When I brought the car to you for part exchange the car was driving as it alway had with no lights on the dashboard or anything to tell me different. If it was the case there was something wrong that I was not aware of I am sorry but did not need the attitude I got yesterday. Say that I am very happy with the car you sold me and even though you had it for over two weeks waiting on parking sensors and when I got it back there where scratches on car and since then the sensors fell out and bracket broken on back of sensor I fitted back in myself as did not want it to go back to your fitters . Up until now I had a positive and enjoyed asking to Phillip and Steven and found Steven very helpful. I am taken aback to the attitude yesterday but again I have to say the car I was trading img was driving really well and I was not aware of any problem if I had been told there was a problem with my mechanic I would have got it sorted and am very disappointed the you mechanic said I would have known about it which is pure lies Thank you for your service

I bought an Audi A3 with 50K miles and I am really happy with it. The car does everything Philip said it would and it was a genuine find. Philip made the entire process easy in a relaxed environment that was warm and welcoming. The car was due an oil change some weeks after I bought it and he arranged this with no fuss quickly and efficiently. I would have no problem in recommending him to anyone in the future and I have already sent two friends to his showroom. Well done for excellent service Philip.
