Don’t use this company!!!!!!. I had iPhone battery replaced and it’s ruined my phone. Battery dies unless it’s on charge even though it has 70%. Terrible customer service as they won’t entertain taking it back to have a look, as I don’t have my paper receipt! SURELY they have a log of the phone serial number/details of what they do for each device. For the sake of a £40 battery and merely asking for them to check it they would rather a bad review. Well done.

A delightful lady served me yesterday. She helped me to find a front protective cover and back for my phone. Then she very kindly fitted it , taking great care to make sure it was properly cleaned beforehand. It is such a pleasure to receive old fashioned excellent customer service. Thankyou.

Battery too flat to start phone despite long period of charging by me so I feared a costly battery change needed. Phone Solutions managed to get the phone fully charged and ready to use in a couple of hours without having to change the battery and so at a fraction of the cost. Very helpful and pleasant manner, so overall great customer service. 😀

Great service, not only fixed a phone that we both thought could not be fixed. But I lost my o2 phone, and where they could/would not assist, he helped me on his phone to get my new phone sent out and turn on my new sim. I thought this kind of help was well and truly non existent. I would recommend this shop with do doubt and without question. Thank you so very much for your help and your time.
