Pizza Hut Delivery

I ordered a meal for my family at 4.57pm. When I 1st checked to see how long it was likely to be I was given an estimate of 5.45-5.55pm. I then checked again at 5.55pm and it changed to between 6.05-6.15pm. I then called up at 6.20 as my children were getting very hungry and spoke to a woman who blamed everything on the traffic. After speaking with the driver I found out he only started at 6pm so my order took more than an hour to leave the store. I tried to complain to the store and was spoken to very rudely. When I asked for her name she refused. I wasn't asking for anything else except her 1st name! Our pizzas and wedges were only just warm on arrival and within 5 mins of taking my food to the table everything was cold! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in pizza hut!

Had food poisoning after having food delivered from this branch of Pizza Hut yesterday. I have reported it to their customer service & to the city council. First time to have delivery from this branch & definitely the last. It was a horrible experience of being sick. It is unsafe and should be penalised.

Website has been broken for 4 days and staff are unwilling to help provide discount or even accept a delivery order. No interest in helping customers or fixing the issue.

Really wasn't impressed with the pizza it was cold and th mac and cheese was just sauce had hardly any macaroni in it and was tasteless only thing I liked was the chicken strips
