Order confirmed at 6:51, received an email saying it was dispatched at 7:11.
Phoned them at 7:50 as food had not arrived, was told it was on the way in 10mins time.
Phoned them at 8:30, told it was on the way and would be with my in a minute or 2.
Phoned them at 8:50, he proceeded to 'phone' the delivery driver swearing down the phone. At this point I asked for a full refund. I was told I need to phone back on Sunday (2 days later) to get the refund.
First and last time I will ever use this place.Friday 3rd September 2021
