A New Series of Online Courses & Demonstrations
From January 2023, we are offering a series of online courses and demonstrations by artists and makers who work with plants and earths to make colour for textiles and art materials.
Offering a deep dive exploration into particular recipes, colours, and techniques to get nerdy about together.

I have taken two printing courses and really enjoyed both, i've since continued my printing and now create patterns for papers and fabrics and hand print wallpapers and fabrics. Its such a great creative and inspiring space at the Tallet and Flora is an excellent teacher.Monday 14th September 2020
carolyn evans5 StarI took Flora’s online Botanical Ink and Paintmaking class. It was so informative and well organized. I have studied ink and paint making for many years, but I really benefited from the wealth of information she provided in the form of recipes, techniques, and tips. The combination of video tutorials, online forums, and live video calls was great for making connections and doing work at your own pace. I will be using the resources she provided for years to come. I highly recommend her classes for students at any level. They are well worth the relatively low cost.Thursday 10th September 2020
Mirjam Gielen5 StarI took Flora's class Printmaking With Iron Oxide. It was an inspiring and comprehensive class. There was already a lot of information up front and a few weeks afterwards we had a Q&A session. Flora knows her stuff and shared her knowledge generously. She also shared sufficient ideas and samples so you could give your own twist to the technique. I can highly recommend Plants & ColourWednesday 6th January 2021

Your zoom sessions were clear and practical, I loved being able to look at them again at a later date, this really helped me consolidate my knowledge.
