Ian and Chris worked with me to supply a quote for external wall insulation and rendering. They spent time with me to explain the products and processes and varied my quote to give me different options. They were friendly but professional. They were enthusiastic but not pushy in the slightest. There was a genuine warmth about their customer service and they came across as a company invested in doing a good job.

We had our whole house cleaned and painted including the roof and the end result is a totally different house, modernised and all rough casting repaired and a few broken roof tiles so completely water proof. Can’t recommend this company highly enough

I had Roughcasting and render repair works carried out on my home. Not a small job. The work was done to a good standard and the price was great. Good communication from Ian throughout. There were difficulties with an abusive neighbour but the teams dealt with this in a professional manner at all times and didn't engage. Despite the difficulties the roughcast team did a great job! Even repaired the render on my chimney in gale force weather! They took a pride in their work and any questions I had were dealt with immediately. Once the work was done the clean up crew did a great job. I am very happy with the work carried out and would recommend this company both in terms of quality of workmanship and in customer care.
