Mussels were the best I’ve ever had, we even asked for more bread to soak up the sauce (they charged us for the extra bread). The portion size was value for money too, filled us up! The Sunday roast lunch was amazing too, flavour and quality reflected the price point. Quality cooking and quality ingredients. The atmosphere was good, welcoming and warm. Staff were attentive and helped answer any questions and queries. Drinks were good too. Definitely would go back again for the mussels alone!

Great experience. Lovely surroundings in the restaurant. Great service hoyt out to Jess who looked after us so well. Food was delicious, the nicest steak I've had for a long time. Sunday lunch was devoured by dad. Wine list is good value, and good selection of beers and of course the gins!! Will return soon.

Food was amazing, we had starters, mains and desserts, each course was as good as the last. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Highly recommend, especially the blood orange cheesecake which was heavenly. The non alcoholic cocktails were refreshing and full of flavour, a great place for a relaxed lunch with great food.

Only reason I give 3 stars was the food. Food was great. Service not so. After walking in, no staff acknowledged us, so had to make ourselves known. Food arrived and had to ask where our drinks were. When drinks arrived, 1 was clearly not what we asked for. Speaking with manager who went and made it themselves. Food great, service unfortunately lacking!
