Shouted at by shop keeper when attempting to collect a Yodel parcel. Told I needed to come back tomorrow and that he couldn’t help me today as the scanner wasn’t working. Shouted at me to leave the shop after asking him to look for the parcel for me. After some time, he scanned my collection barcode and it worked. He tried turning away 6 other customers, saying we needed to return tomorrow to get our parcels. Shocking customer service.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a shop. The man I spoke to was rude, abrasive and dismissive when I tried to pick up my parcels. My partner had to go on my behalf the next day and was able to get the parcels from a different member of staff. Do not go here for click and collect. I wish I had seen all these other reviews before I chose that location.

terrible shop keeper is aggressive swearing at me because i was apparently hiding. would not recommend coming with kids or on your own because he is very aggressive also a lot of the things are either overpriced or out of date. he will get angry if you wait in the shop too long and will not like you to leave empty handed.

Avoid this shop!! Both the staff are very rude. Do not order a parcel to be collected from this shop because these two crooks will not give it too you!!
