The lady running this business is an outright scammer and fraudster. I would avoid this establishment at all cost. I've made an online booking for hair styling, was quoted £20, for which I've got the confirmation e-mail. Then, exactly 24 hours before my appointment I've received a "reminder", which listed the price of service as £35. I've called immediately to clarify, but the lady just plain refused to honour the booking. When she asked if I want to cancel, I agreed. Now for the fun bit, she immediately charged me the cancellation fee of 30% of £35! I would not have booked if I was quoted £35 in the first place, and to charge the cancellation fee from the fraudulently increased booking price is just an outright Theft. Avoid.

As always an excellent service from Anita for my daughter and I. A lovely environment for a relaxing facial. I feel incredibly chilled afterwards! My daughter is very pleased with her colour and cut.
