Kevin. sampson1 StarAs others have stated before, I really wanted to wait till our purchase was complete before reviewing but I don't know what to do! I seriously doubt that this will actually happen. We have been trying to purchase a flat for around 10 months! It's a simple case! Buy to let. There has been little to no communication from all 3 of the different solicitors we have been assigned. Each just trailing off into nothingness. If we lose our purchase it will be their fault completely. I'm seriously thinking about changing solicitors at this point. Instruct at your own risk. Read these reviews. They are correct. I don't know if it's the firm's fault or their solicitors they employ but their is a distinct difference between this company and every other company we have ever used for our buy to lets in the past.Sunday 10th July 2022

Joanne was just fantastic and, after a very long road with developers, sealed the transaction for me. I cannot thank her enough as this was a particularly long process of around 9 months. Roy Hunter3 StarWe had 2 lawyers one for purchase and one for sale. They were chalk and cheese. Sale really good communicator sadly not the same for purchase. The transactions went well which is what is important but so too is communication! Still waiting for detail on Council Searches.Monday 23rd May 2022
