Fragrant, pungent and warm spices, from all the Asian countries are delicately blended in authentic proportions to create the dish we present to you. Each dish will have its own distinctive flavours created from spices which have been specially prepared each day.

All dishes cooked in the Tandoor are marinated in yoghurt together with a special blend of unique herbs and spices. This process seals in the goodness. The blending and preperation of the unique spices is centuries old craft and indespensible to the Polash.
