John Dennis5 StarApproximately two years ago, following a visit from Peter, the company supplied and fitted carpets throughout our home. Everything went very well and we were delighted with the purchase.
A few weeks ago, we cleaned the carpet in our dining room after which we noticed a lot of ridges had appeared. We contacted Peter who advised us that it was a manufacturing issue and they organised a replacement and fitted it within two weeks.
